I contacted Graduate Success online in relation to a position as a Graduate Management Trainee. They contacted me the next day for a telephone interview and subsequently invited me to an assessment centre based at there offices in Cheltenham. At the assessment centre they took time to gain an insight into my skills and personality, my experience and career aspirations to help me find a suitable position.
