The Brief
- Due to a lack of time in the HR department, Graduate Success needed to source graduates with strong leadership potential, in addition to high levels of competency in the Company’s seven key graduate skill areas.
- Top tier candidates were required for three Graduate Programmes: Marketing & Sales, Research & Development and the Supply Chain.
The Process
- Graduate Success met with employees from previous graduate programmes and key personnel at Reckitt Benckiser to understand the business objectives and the culture of the company.
- After the initial screening process by Graduate Success, an assessment day was run for each division.
