- Graduate Success was recruited to ultimately secure 3 top-tier graduates to sell and deliver the consultancy to support their leading edge technology.
The Process
- Graduate Success met with Curtis Fitch to build a profile of the company, their objectives and what qualities and skills the ideal candidates would possess.
- Graduate Success went out to the graduate market using online tools and targeted advertising, driving candidates to a bespoke online application form.
- Telephone interviews were used followed by verbal and numeric testing to identify 10 candidates.
- A tailored assessment day followed, involving bespoke ‘live’ case study tasks.
The Success
- Curtis Fitch hired 3 excellent graduates from the Graduate Success programme.
- Graduate Success delivered pre-employment coaching to the new employees, including face-to-face and telephone coaching and the F100 online package.
