Coors Brewers Ltd were evaluating the option of outsourcing their graduate recruitment against managing it in-house. The increasingly competitive market had made it increasingly difficult to find the highest calibre graduates.
 

 

The Brief  

  • Coors required Graduate Success to find 4 top-tier graduates to join their fast-track sales programme.
  • They needed a more efficient, less time consuming and above all, less expensive recruitment process.

 

The Process 

  • Graduate Success visited Coors Brewers to fully understand the business and its requirements.
  • Graduate Success managed extensive initial candidate screening, interviews and assessment centres.
  • A selection of graduates were identified to meet Coors Senior Management at a final one-day assessment centre which was also attended by graduates from the Coors in-house process.

 

The Success

  • Of the 5 candidates selected by Coors, 4 had been put forward directly by Graduate Success.
  • As a result of this success, Coors later requested a further 4 sales graduates and 4 production/engineering graduates to be sourced exclusively by Graduate Success.
