The Brief
- Graduate Success was briefed by Bombardier to secure 21top tier graduates for the business.
- The requirement quickly grew to 38, within the Engineering, Project Management, Finance and Procurement divisions.
The Process
- Graduate Success managed the attraction strategy designing and rolling out both online and offline tools.
- The bespoke online application system collated all applicants, which were then screened by Graduate Success.
- All applicants received a definitive yes or no within 5 days of applying.
- After next-stage screening through telephone interviews, graduate success delivered bespoke assessment centres to the successful candidates.
- 70% of candidates qualified for the final interview stage.

- Graduate Success also ran successful line manager events for Bombardier to set their expectations for their graduates, give them the tools with which to drive their graduates and maximise long term retention.
